YOU AND Urban Mitra AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Agreement shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute waiver of any subsequent breach. Hence we request you to check this Agreement from time to time By continuing to access or use our website after any revisions become effective, it shall be deemed that youyou agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Urban Mitra.

Entire Agreement

Typographical Errors
